5. User Content
You are responsible for the battles, comments, votes, profile details, images, text, and other content you submit or display on Banter Arena.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to post your content and that your content does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
You keep ownership of content you create, but you give Banter Arena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, moderate, and use your content as needed to operate, promote, improve, and provide the service.
6. Public Content and Community Interaction
Some content and activity on Banter Arena may be public or visible to other users, including usernames, handles, profile photos, battles, comments, votes, follows, and creator interactions.
You should avoid sharing private, sensitive, or personal information that you do not want others to see.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, hide, or limit content that we believe violates these Terms, our safety rules, platform requirements, or applicable law.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
Premium features may change over time. We may add, remove, update, or modify premium features where necessary to improve or maintain the service.
9. Purchases, Refunds, and Billing
We do not directly control app store billing decisions. Refund requests are usually handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

Banter Arena, including its name, branding, logo, design, features, software, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
